Like everyone says: it’s easier (& cheaper) to keep a client than to have to go find and get a new one.

But that doesn’t mean you should keep people around long after they no longer need you; it simply means that if you want to create sustainable revenue and income, you need to know how to strategically leverage your Offers and create a pathway for your current clients to move through, rather than creating one-then-done type of Offers.

For example: when I look at my biggest month in business so far (an $80,000 month), $45,000 of that came from retaining clients rather than getting new clients. And I did this by creating a Sustainable Offer Suite that meets my Ideal Customer exactly where they’re at in each appropriate phase of their Transformational Journey, and then moving them through those Offers to support them in getting the full transformation they desire.
